Sydney H. Hamet, RPh, has over twenty years of pharmaceutical Regulatory Affairs, Compliance and Quality Assurance experience as well as twenty years of Quality Control and Quality Assurance experience as a Commissioned Officer with the U.S. Public Health Service.  For the nine years prior to joining DAVA in October 2007, Mr. Hamet held Quality Manufacturing responsibilities for Ferring Pharmaceuticals, Inc. From 1998 to 1999, Mr. Hamet joined IVAX as Director of QA for USA oversight in Canada and prior to that, from 1989 to 1998, Mr. Hamet served as the Senior Director of Compliance, then Senior Director of QA at Par Pharmaceuticals.  Mr. Hamet began his pharmaceutical industry career in 1983 as the Director of RA/QA at Goldline Laboratories (now IVAX).
