| Lewis Tepper has spent over ten years structuring, executing, and advising on leveraged buyouts, mergers and acquisitions, public and private financings, recapitalizations, securitizations, and transactions for companies primarily in the healthcare and technology industries. Prior to joining DAVA, Mr. Tepper was a member of the Health Care Investment Banking Group at Credit Suisse First Boston. There, Mr. Tepper advised on public financings, mergers and acquisitions and joint ventures for clients across the health care industry. Prior to CSFB, Mr. Tepper spent four years as an associate at the law firm of Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom. Mr. Tepper holds a Juris Doctor degree from New York University School of Law and Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from McGill University. |
