and Company policies. To advance this goal, Dava has introduced several means of facilitating the reporting of suspected misconduct, illegal activities and potential fraud.

To report a suspected violation of law or company policy, please complete the form below. If reporting anonymously, sufficient detail must be included in describing the nature of the complaint

for appropriate follow up. Dava's head of Compliance and Board of Directors are responsible for investigating all credible reports of suspected violations regarding the Company's financed integrity including but not limited to, accounting, internal controls, and auditing matters.
